Saigontel (Hose: SGT) with the support of Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) transformed from a telecommunication company to a Real-estate enterprise owning industrial-urban-service land banks up to 800 hectares, currently continuing to develop to 3,000 hectares to seize the investment wave.

In Thai Nguyen, SAIGONTEL owns 130 hectares of industrial land in Pho Yen town and 40 hectares at Song Cong city which are being completed site clearance to handover land to investors.
Hi-tech factory for lease in Da Nang hi-tech Park with a the first phase of 15 hectares is preparing construction in Quarter 4/2021, is expected to bring a steady income of more than VND 100 billion annually.
Saigon ITC building at Quang Trung Software Park (HCMC) is 100% filled generating nearly VND 20 billion annually, creating development for the adjacent Saigon ICT2 Building under construction. It is expected to put in use and bring steady income of VND 50 billion annually.
